(2) Subject to paragraph (3) and regulation 5, every individual must<br />
stay at or in, and not leave, his or her ordinary place of residence in<br />
Singapore.<br />

(3) Subject to paragraph (3A), an individual may leave the<br />
individual’s ordinary place of residence only to do directly with all<br />
reasonable speed, any or a combination of one or more of the<br />
following:<br />
(a) to work as a permitted enterprise or permitted enterprise<br />
worker, or for or with a permitted enterprise, to provide an<br />
authorised service of the permitted enterprise, or to work at<br />
a specified school or an early childhood development<br />
centre;<br />

Driving as a taxi driver.<br />
Volunteering as a nurse at a free medical clinic for destitute<br />

(b) to procure an authorised service from a permitted<br />
enterprise, an early childhood development centre or a<br />
specified school;<br />

To buy groceries from a market stall or supermarket.<br />
To take a bus, taxi or employer-arranged transport to go to work<br />
as a permitted enterprise worker.<br />
To see a doctor for a medical condition.<br />

(ca) if any of the following circumstances exist, to bring the<br />
individual’s child daily from the individual’s place of<br />
