224 upadhi is called a bond (sa'go). Cp. opadhika. -- <strong>The</strong> upadhis were later systematized into a set of 10,<br />

which are given at Nd2 157 as follows: 5 ta*h! upadhis (ta*h!, di&&hi, kilesa, kamma, duccarita), !h!r --<br />

upadhi, pa&igh˚, catasso up!dinn! dh!tuyo u. (viz. k!ma, di&&hi, s"labbata, attav!da; see D iii.230), cha<br />
