Boathouse, home to Lancashire Powerboat Racing Club.<br />

Bear right when you reach the entrance, and then go<br />

through the gates on the immediate left.<br />

Follow this path, running parallel to the railway, for a<br />

further 375 yards and then turn right through the tunnel.<br />

The path skirts the woodland and eventually meets a<br />

concrete path.<br />

Carry on in the<br />

same direction for<br />

almost ½ a mile,<br />

then turn left over<br />

the railway bridge.<br />

left when you emerge onto Carr Mill Road and you’ll see<br />

the Masons Arms.<br />
