Step 4.Click the + sign on the left side of that document. Hit thered “Start” button. A pop-up window will appear.From the drop-down menu, select your Internship SiteSupervisor’s name.Then, hit the “Submit” button.4
The form will be automatically emailed to your InternshipSite Supervisor requesting that they complete and sign it.Step 5.You will see the Assignment status has now changed to“Waiting On” with your Internship Site Supervisor’s nameto the right of the status. They will receive an email, butyou could also let them know that you have initiated theform for their completion.5
