The <strong>Communication</strong> <strong>Arts</strong> major allows students to design their own program of study <strong>and</strong> explore<br />

The field of journalism is undergoing an exciting transformation as it adopts new<br />

COMMUNICATION<br />
The major in Public Relations <strong>and</strong> Strategic <strong>Communication</strong> provides<br />
students with the skills necessary to communicate creatively <strong>and</strong><br />
persuasively within the interpersonal, organizational, public, <strong>and</strong> digital<br />
media realms. Courses in the major exp<strong>and</strong> students’ underst<strong>and</strong>ing<br />
of persuasion, marketing, campaign planning, organizational<br />
