FRIDAY COURSE THINKING SOCIETY DISCUSSION GROUP Sandy Catz First Friday of the month: February 5, March 12, April 2 10:00 AM‒12:00 PM Take this opportunity to participate in great discussions, many topics of which will be selected from the Greater Philadelphia Thinking Society. Topics may include science, technology, philosophy, politics, education, economics, psychology, art, literature, and religion. Presentations to kick off discussions will be short. Most learning will come from ideas, interpretations, and personal experiences of the participants, inspired by online resource material. Class limit: 20 OLLI FRIDAY FORUMS OLLI Friday Forums will begin Friday, February 5 and end on Friday, April 2 (no forum on March 5). Some weeks there will be one speaker and some there will be two ‒ please watch for updates throughout the semester. These classes are for OLLI members only and will require registration. Details to come. HATHA YOGA Joanne Gordin Mondays, 10:30 AM‒12:00 PM Session 1: February 1‒February 22 Session 2: March 8‒March 29 This is a gentle yoga class open to beginners and students familiar with yoga. Class will include yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques, and a short talk on yoga philosophy. Students are expected to arrive five minutes before class begins.
