and every hat in the range is made from 50% recycled materials.

DECORATION PROCESS

garments are designed to take decoration with hidden access points to allow for frame or platen purchase

on outer fabric. Recommended decoration types have been tested independently and can be taken as an indication as to how

the garment may perform. Accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed so before use, the decorator must still determine the

suitability of the product for the decoration intended. Printers in particular employ different techniques and use a variety of

products so

does not take responsibility for third party decoration and always recommends testing before

bulk decoration.

To minimise flexible packaging in the

environment, cardboard packaging, labels and

hangtags are made, where possible,

from recycled materials.

Opaque biodegradable plastic bags ensure

garments are kept pristine on their journey

but leave no environmental trace.

Garments are shipped on recycled wooden

pallets wrapped in BioZ oxo-biodegradable

plastic: an opaque wrap whose treatment

triggers degradation after 6 to 12 months and

breaks down fully, reverting to just carbon and

oxygen. No trace is left to pollute the

environment; it does not form micro-beads and

can be collected and/or recycled with other

plastics without causing any contamination.

When garments can be printed onto any colour other than white, extreme caution must be observed.

Due to the engineering of manmade materials, there is a high risk of colour migration through the ink film. This may however

be managed by experienced printers with the correct inks. When suggesting digital transfers, customers are encouraged

to seek advice from their digital media supplier, whether be it for full colour imagery or simple vinyl CAD cut transfers.
