Largest warehouse opera<strong>to</strong>r in Singapore<br />
CWT added 1.16 million square feet of warehouse<br />
space under its management in 2011. CWT<br />
Logistics Hub 3 and Pandan Logistics Hub have<br />
been completed and are currently operating at full<br />
occupancy. CWT will also be building its second<br />
cold hub <strong>to</strong> address <strong>the</strong> growing demand for cold<br />
chain logistics services. The 725,000-square foot<br />
CWT Cold Hub 2 is expected <strong>to</strong> be completed<br />
in 2013. CWT currently owns and/or manages<br />
approximately 7.85 million square feet of<br />
warehouse space in Singapore, making it <strong>the</strong><br />
largest local warehouse opera<strong>to</strong>r.<br />
