Aqueous corrosion
protection
Our water-miscible corrosion protection is based on mineral
oil and contains film-forming additives and emulsifiers. Special
additives cause and guarantee the longest possible stability of
the product. Aquastrub is supplied as a concentrate which is
diluted with water before use. The same method is used as for
the preparation of water-miscible cooling lubricants. After the
water has evaporated, a thin, oily protective film remains on the
components.

APPLICATION
Aquastrub Concentrate is applied as an emulsion and provides
short- to medium-term protection. Depending on the requirement
profile, the application concentration is 5 to 20 %. Aquastrub is
mainly used in the electroplating industry. Inner tube protection,
e.g. transport protection of galvanised steel tubes. Mostly applied
by immersion in baths, at room temperature up to max. 60 °C.

DESCRIPTION
STRUB Vulcomet Protection 8010 BF-DW and 8020 BF-DW are barium and VOC free
corrosion protection oils with water displacing properties for internal storage and transport
protection of all ferrous metals. STRUB Vulcomet Protection 8010 BF-DW: Water-displacing
short- to medium-term corrosion protection with film former, for internal storage and
transport protection. The thin protective film is slightly oily. STRUB Vulcomet Protection
8020 BF-DW: Water displacing medium-long term corrosion protection with film former,
the protective film is softwax-like and guarantees longer indoor and outdoor storage. The
protective film prevents the formation of moisture and rust on metal parts.

Aquastrub Concentrate
Water-miscible corrosion protection concentrate
DESCRIPTION
Aquastrub Concentrate is a medium viscosity, water miscible rust inhibitor concentrate containing
film forming corrosion inhibitor additives and emulsifiers. The product is solventfree
and is not subject to the EC Solvent Directive (1999/13/EC). The product does not
contain heavy metals such as barium, is skin friendly and exceptionally stable when diluted
as an emulsion. Aquastrub Concentrate leaves a thin, slightly oily, nondripping oil film on
the metal surface after evaporation of the water, which is also stable against acid vapors.

STRUB Circulating Cleaner 4000 is a petroleum fraction mixture, which in terms of
flash point is above the SUVA standard (41°C, ignition temperature 210°C). In terms
of cleaning power, it largely replaces fast-burning and highly explosive products such
as gasoline, acetone, plaster thinner, etc. The product is suitable for any circulation apparatus
with electric or compressed air circulation of the solvent. STRUB Circulating Cleaner
4000 removes oils, greases, tar, bitumen and dust as well as all common contaminants
on machines and their parts. It has a low aromatic content, a pleasant odor and is

STRUB Circulating Cleaner 4100 was developed as a VOC-free cleaner in Switzerland
in order to avoid the incentive tax of January 1, 2000 and also to make an ecological
contribution (pollution of the air and raw material reserves). The product is suitable for
high pressure systems, for electric circulation apparatus or for compressed air circulation
of the degreasing agent. STRUB Circulating Cleaner 4100 removes oils, greases, tar,
bitumen and dust as well as all common contaminants on machines and workpieces.
Cleaned surfaces and parts can be temporarily stored dry at room temperature for
further processing (faster evaporation with compressed air possible). STRUB Circulating
Cleaner 4100 has a very low aromatic content < 0.1 %, a pleasant odor and is characterized
by a very long service life. The application possibilities are almost unlimited, all
metals, plastics as well as rubber can be cleaned with it.

Reduction of static friction on glass panes of lift doors
APPLICATION
The surface of the glass must be cleaned with a clean and dry cloth. Shake the bottle
before use. Apply the solution (liquid EGFR) to the surface of the glass. Wipe over the
surface about 5 times, avoiding any liquid remaining. Use the cloth to spread the liquid
evenly over the entire glass. Depending on the temperature, the drying time is between
15 to 20 min. One bottle content is suitable for about 10 glass plates (10-12 m2).
