(SMI) during her agency’s successful transition to the smiONE Visa ® Prepaid Card program from another provider in July of 2020. James Fleming, North Dakota’s IV-D Director, was also impressed. “We have now implemented new card programs with each of the three major child support debit card issuers. In the middle of a pandemic with all of our program and IT people working from home, the implementation of this project was surreal, in the sense there were no issues or concerns.
