The syllabus covers the sector and its various subsectors, career opportunities and employment rights and responsibilities. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS There are no specific entry requirements. QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE The learner must complete: • Unit 1: Understanding employment rights and responsibilities (J/600/0840). • Unit 2: Understanding the employing organisation (D/600/1735). • Unit 3: Understanding the active leisure and learning sector (Y/600/1734). ASSESSMENT This qualification is assessed by: • Coursework. • Portfolio of evidence.
