Will there be a virtual booth?<br />

A: There will be a dedicated exhibitor page within the platform which will be unique to your<br />

company. Your company will then be listed as an exhibitor where you will be able to showcase<br />

a range of your services and solutions. You will also be able to add team members to your<br />

virtual booth.<br />

Can I list additional staff members/colleagues to the virtual booth? If yes, how do I<br />

register them?<br />

A: Yes, you can list additional staff members/colleagues on your virtual booth. There is no limit<br />

on the number staff members/colleagues you can list. To manage the members, go to “Your<br />

Team” listed under the “Exhibitor Centre” tab. You can then view all your team members, delete<br />

or add them and manage the visibility of their profile.<br />

What will be included in the package?<br />

A: Companies will be able to host collateral, display videos and documents, access to a<br />

chat function with potential customers who will have access to the platform. Access to a<br />

matchmaking service which will work off an AI based algorithm and a video call can feature<br />

along with a whole host of other unique benefits.<br />

Does the virtual exhibition last for the full 4 days of ADIPEC 2020?<br />

A: There are no dedicated exhibition hours as there is no live component. Your profile will be<br />

“live” from 09:00 GST – 9th November 2020 onwards until 12th November 2020. During these<br />

4 days, you can access your virtual booth anytime from anywhere across all time zones, set up<br />

meetings and network with other attendees.<br />

Who will I be able to network with and how does this work?<br />

A: You will have access to a whole host of platform attendees. ADIPEC 2020’s <strong>Virtual</strong> Meetings<br />

Programme is a bespoke AI based integrated matchmaking service. Visitors, Speakers,<br />

conference delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and media partners can book virtual one-on-one<br />

individual or group meetings from a central available time slot.<br />

The attendees list will be displayed according to their profile needs and further refined according<br />

to their requirements and networking behavior.<br />

Once registered you’ll be able to search through all other attendees by specific criteria, reach out<br />

to your targets to schedule meetings and build connections.<br />

Will I get a brief on how to navigate the platform?<br />

A: You will be provided with an on boarding briefing document that will outline what the platform<br />

entails, how to access and upload the various details around your virtual exhibition. Should you<br />

have any additional questions please do drop us a note to adipec.sales@dmgevents.com and<br />

we will ensure your queries are answered.<br />

Am I provided with an exhibitor manual and log in details once I have confirmed my<br />

participation?<br />

A: You will be sent unique log in details to access the platform and start to build your profile. You<br />

can then start to assign your exhibitors, upload collateral and begin your ADIPEC <strong>Virtual</strong> exhibitor<br />

journey.<br />
