Dwellful Partners with Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston to Help People Achieve

the Dream of Homeownership

1888 Press Release - Dwellful will donate $1,000 to the Greater Boston chapter for each home closing

initiated through the program.

MEDFORD, Mass. – A decent, affordable home is a dream for many. To help make it a reality for low-income

families, Dwellful has teamed with Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston on an innovative donation program

so more residents in the area can realize the many powerful benefits of homeownership.

Dwellful offers a free service that helps individuals find top-performing real estate agents nearby to make

buying property as easy and stress-free as possible. Anyone who signs up at dwellful.com/habitat-forhumanity

and closes on a home will not only receive Dwellful’s standard cash back, but the company will also

donate $1,000 to Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston.

“I'm happy to announce this exciting new partnership, which enables prospective homebuyers to select the

perfect real estate agent for them. And when they purchase their new home, Habitat Greater Boston will get

much-needed funds to continue its mission. I hope many of our kind supporters will embrace this program

and help us build new homes for deserving families,” said Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston’s President &

CEO James Kostaras.

Habitat Greater Boston’s mission is to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. The funds

donated by Dwellful will support the organization’s building projects in local communities including Belmont,

Malden, Needham, Newton, and many Boston neighborhoods.

To qualify to purchase property through the organization’s homeownership program, eligible families must

have a household income between 50 to 80 percent of the median income as established by HUD. Selected

applicants can purchase a home with affordable financing after completing the required number of hours of

sweat equity and homeownership classes.

“Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston is transforming lives of hardworking families through homeownership,

and we’re honored to further the organization’s mission,” said Dwellful’s CEO Todd McClain. “With so many

Massachusetts residents struggling with housing insecurity right now, we hope our support will enable more

families to have a place to call home.”
