This month we meet Hey's Cafe owner Ryan Heydenrych who is passionate about the hospitality and coffee industry in South Africa. Gardening is also one of the most therapeutic things you can do for yourself and, in honour of national gardening day, we met up with local gardening guru, Kerry Ebb who shares some insight into her life as a grower.
