The <strong>PMOD</strong>/<strong>WRC</strong> is fortunate to have a very loyal sponsor:<br />

Mr. Daniel Karbacher from Küsnacht, ZH. Every year since<br />

2002, he has made extra investments possible in addition<br />

to those covered by the regular budget. Last year the <strong>WRC</strong><br />

infrared radiometry section obtained a BRUSAG sun tracker<br />

which is used for additional calibration capacity of pyrgeometer<br />

instruments, i.e. instruments measuring infrared<br />

radiation.<br />
