ROME: YOGA FESTIVAL<br />
We will be present at the <strong>Yoga</strong> Festival in Roma at Cascina Farsetti in Villa<br />
Pamphili with a stand where it will be possible to register as a member of the<br />
Association and get information and register for one of the three teacher<br />
training courses: One organized in English and held by <strong>Dona</strong> <strong>Holleman</strong> and<br />
Barbara Schmücking which consists of two weeks a year for three years, held<br />
in Soiano del Lago, and two courses in Italian, which consists of six weekends<br />
a year for three years, held respectively in Soiano del Lago and Rome in<br />
collaboration with Patrizia Gregori.<br />

• Saturday 9 - At 15 the Board of Directors of the International <strong>Centered</strong><br />
<strong>Yoga</strong> Association will hold a free class in which each one will explain<br />
one of the principles of <strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong> in an asana. It will also be<br />
possible to see and buy ‘<strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong>: the eight principles of practice’,<br />
published in Italian by the publishing house ‘Mediterranee’.<br />
• Sunday 10 - From 14.45 to 16.45 <strong>Dona</strong> <strong>Holleman</strong> will hold a class in<br />
which Patrizia Gregori will assist under the title ‘<strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong>: the<br />
eight vital principles in practice’. Afterwards there will be a conference<br />
to present the Italian translation by ‘Mediterranee’ of ‘<strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong>:<br />
the eight principles of practice’ (The Practice Manual).<br />

The ‘<strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong> Academy’ of Patrizia Gregori opens – one year<br />
after the opening in Milan of the <strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong> Studio of Francesca<br />
Petrilli - as the first official <strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong> school in Italy to promote<br />
and diffuse <strong>Dona</strong>’s <strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong> not only with daily courses, seminars<br />
and meetings, but also through organizing Teacher Training Courses<br />
under the auspices of the International <strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong> Association ,<br />
presided by <strong>Dona</strong> <strong>Holleman</strong>.<br />
Both schools, the one in Rome and the one in Milan, are exclusively<br />
dedicated to the promotion and spreading of <strong>Centered</strong> <strong>Yoga</strong>, which<br />
