A word from the Principal...<br />
Welcome,<br />
It’s been fantastic to have all of our children and staff back at school and I have been amazed by<br />
how quickly your children have settled immediately back into the school routine, it’s like they’ve<br />
never been away.<br />
I extend a special welcome to our new Reception class who, despite having limited transition, have<br />
adapted to starting ‘Big School’ incredibly well. Already, they have made new friendships and they<br />
are clearly loving being part of our school and learning.<br />
Today we held our first virtual assembly of the year,<br />
where each class joined via Zoom and announced<br />
not only the Stars of the Week and Dojo winners,<br />
but our Head Pupils and Deputies and Team<br />
Captains. Congratulations to Anya and Lloyd who<br />
are our Head pupils for this year and Logan and<br />
Charlotte who will ably support them as deputies.<br />
It was a really hard choice, with some incredibly<br />
well written application letters and we are confident<br />
that Anya, Lloyd, Logan and Charlotte will<br />
represent the school fantastically. Our team captains<br />
had to produce video speeches and their teammates<br />
in Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 then voted for who they wanted<br />
to lead their team. The winners were:<br />
