Dear new family,
Confidence and trust are 2 of the most important attributes that a company can
offer me to develop myself. I never imagined that 2020 would be a year of trials
and tribulations. Motivated, excited and full of enthusiasm I started my new job
as district manager for Germany and Austria on April 1st. I wanted to start with a
head full of ideas and an ass full of bumblebees, but I made the calculation
without the pandemic. For the first time in my professional life, I had to realize
that i can't get my head through the wall and there are things I can't control.
Without anyone even knowing me, I was taken in and protected in the middle of
it all. I was allowed to be part of everything. Little by little. And it wasn't just me,
I observed how a company takes responsibility for its employees, without any ifs
and buts.
Without knowing what was going to happen. That impressed me very much.
After more than 6 months, we are still in a state of uncertainty and change, but I
still feel confidence and trust and I see a company full of great people who make
this possible. Each and every one of you, makes me curious for more and fills me
with pride. I am happy to be part of it and look forward to the things that are
coming. More than ever, trading means change . I am glad to be able to pass this
with you.
Sometime we look back and think: that was off the wall .

The winning store ended up the month with an incredible 53.1% CR, +4250 bps on LY.
They turn a -89% traffic into a -39% sales, with a positive 50% delta!!!!
The numbers speak more than the words as usual so let’s stop talking and please allow

1.71 UPT, +17% on LY. This is how we closed the month of August in the retail stores.
Now… the numbers of the winner: 2.45 UPT (!!!!) +63.3% on LY district average (it’s a
no comp store still).
We already saw this store leading the way many weeks.

Also in the outlets we had an incredible month under a UPT point of view.
1.93, with an increase of 24.2% on LY.
The sinning store in this category closed the month with an extraordinary 2.37
UPT, +57.5% vs LY. THIS IS JUST INSANE!
