Draging and drop towels

Do exercises that involve the greatest number of muscles.

To maintain balance, find the point at which you can

TYPICAL MISTAKES

- Do not lift your shoulders - this reduces the load on

the deltoid muscles.

- Do not throw your feet too high. Keep your hands

directly above your head, do not take them back - this

creates unnecessary strain on the spine.

- Do not strain the supporting leg - this interferes with

maintaining balance.

Forget about twisting!

We offer you exercises that will make the muscles of the body work as

HOW TO DO

Lie on your back, your legs are slightly

Pull your hands along the abdomen,

For the fourth time, under the patronage of our modeling Agency, a Children's beauty and

talent contest KIDS MODELS SHOW is held in Simferopol. I can't stop admiring the interest

and desire of children and teenagers of Crimea to take part in this event. And all these thanks to

Anna Burina - our official representative in the Republic of Crimea!

Unlike the Fashion Show, where

clothing designers demonstrate

their creativity, at the Models Show,

the models themselves show their

talents in the art of defile, posing for

a photo and video camera, and

the ability to change its image.

At the Kids Models Show 2020,

young models from Simferopol,

and Yalta were able to

demonstrate their creativity. Each

output of young models is a miniperformance

with its own music

and costumes.

Kids Models Show was held in the

form of a beauty and talent contest,

the purpose of which is to help

reveal, see new faces, show the

peculiarity and originality of every

little person, talk about fashionable

and talented children not only in

Crimea, but also beyond.

April 25, 2020 in the Crimea

quarantine.

goal of Naile! She draws, tells poems and monologues,

in beauty and talent contests. She wants to create her

own collection of fashionable women's clothing. Naile

took part in the contest KIDS MODELS SHOW, where she
