It’s back! Off the Beaten Truck has
returned to Saffron Walden. The regular
street food evening will take place on
The Common, every Thursday, between

Autumn tipples!
Cambridgeshire is
well-known for producing
some great gins, and
Roundwood Gin is no
exception. Pick up a
bottle and whip up a
seasonal cocktail:
The Bramble
An autumnal classic, featuring hedgerow berry –
the blackberry.
Serves 2
70ml Roundwood London Dry Gin
40ml Creme de Mure
50ml Lemon Juice
30ml Simple sugar syrup
Shake together with ice, until nice and cold, before
straining into a short glass filled with crushed ice. Top
with fresh berries and an extra drizzle of Creme de Mure.
