What is Party Wall?
A wall that stands astride the boundry of land belonging
to two (or more) different owners or a wall
that stands wholly on one owner’s land, but is used
by two (or more) owners to seperate buildings.
The Party Wall ect. Act provides a framework for preventing
or resolving disputes in relation to party walls,
party structures, boundry walls and excavations near
neighbouring buildings.

Our Building Surveyors have experience of working
with both Public and Private Sector organisations,
along with individual home owners, representing
Building Owners (those undertaking consturction
works) and Adjoining Owners (those who neighbour
is undertaking works to a party wall or in close proximity).

development sites.
Prior to completion of a design and issue of any notices,
we can undertake a site visit, inspect all boundaries,
review the design and provide a report on all
implications under the Party Wall ect Act.
This can save clients money by altering designs to
remove the need for Party Wall Notices to be issued
