I am writing to request for the termination of service of our Tvolution ROKU with Cignal
TV under subscriber of DIVINE GRACE TUNGGAY EVANGELISTA, with landline number
(044) 769-1925, and account number 0241768880.
The reason for my request is that we don’t have enough budget to pay the Tvolution ROKU with
Cignal TV which we rarely use.
Should there be anything else, we need to settle or do aside from submitting this letter of request,
please let me know as soon as possible so I can act on it immediately.
