PENDING ISSUES:-
� The fund was released under Naxal during (2008-09) to 6 districts namely
AURANGABAD, GAYA, ARWAL, JAMUI, JEHANABAD and ROHTAS. All the
districts availed the 2 nd installment during (2009-10 and 2010-11) but the
documents/clarifications are still awaited to settle the case.

� The fund was released under Kala-A-Zar (Phase-I) to 7 districts namely SARAN,
EAST CAHMPARAN, GOPALGANJ, MADHEPURA, MUZAFFARPUR,
SAHRSA and VAISAHLI. Out of 7 districts 5 districts availed the 2 nd installment and
remaining 2 districts namely EAST CHAMPARAN and SARAN not availed the 2 nd
installment till date.
� The fund was released under Kala-A-Zar (Phase-II) to 15 districts namely ARARIA,
BEGUSARAI, EAST CAHMPARAN, DARBHANGA, GOPALGANJ, KATIHAR,
KHAGARIA, MADHEPURA, MUZAFFARPUR, PURNIA, SAHARSA,
SAMASTIPUR, SARAN, SITAMARHI and VAISHALI. Out of 15 districts 6
districts availed the 2 nd installment and remaining 9 districts namely ARARIA, EAST
CAHMPARAN, DARBHANGA, GOPALGANJ, PURNIA, SAMASTIPUR,
SARAN, SITAMARHI and VAISHALI not availed the 2 nd installment till date.
� The fund release under Homestead site during (2009-10) to 38 districts. Out of 38
districts the fund was released to 23 districts has already been adjusted while releasing
of 2 nd installment of IAY during previous year and remaining 15 districts namely
BEGUSARAI, BHAGALPUR, GAYA, JEHANABAD, KATIHAR, KHAGARIA,
KISHANGANJ, MADHEPURA, MADHUBANI, CHAMPARAN WEST,
SAMASTIPUR, SARAN, SITAMARHI, SIWAN and SUPUL has to furnish the
UC/AR and List of beneficiaries to settle the case.
� The fund was released under 5% (Flood) during (2008-09) 5 districts namely
ARARIA, MADHEPURA, PURNIA, SAHARSA and SUPAUL. Only
MADHEPURA availed the 2 nd installment during (2010-11).
� Out of the 38 districts, 17 districts have availed 1 st installment under Normal IAY
without condition and the 18 districts namely ARWAL, BANKA, BEGUSARA,
BHAGALPUR, BHOJPUR, CHAMPARAN EAST, CHAMPARAN WEST,
GOPALGANJ, KISHANGANJ, LAKHISARAI, MADHEPURA, MUNGER,
NAWADAH, ROHTAS, SARAN, SIWAN, SUPOL AND VAISHALI have availed
with condition which should be fulfill before release of 2 nd installment under Normal
IAY during the current year.
� 3 districts namely ARARIA, SAMASTIPUR AND SITAMARHI are under process.
� Out of 18 districts, 4 districts namely Gopalganj, Lakhisarai, Munger and Vaishali
have fullfiled the conditions and also dropped by the IFD.
