o Recently, most of the teachers in the Department of Physics have completed their PhD degrees
from foreign Universities & have been appointed as Assistant Professors. These PhD teachers
have replaced the already hired contractual faculty members.

The Department has collaboration with some International institutions which are:
o Department of Radiation Medicine, University of Kentucky, USA.
o Southside Regional Medical Centre, Petersburg, VA, USA.
o Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Michigan State University, USA.
� Institutional Linkages
o Experimental and theoretical Physics collaborations have been established with other national
institutions/ Organizations namely PINSTECH, INMOL & Shaukat Khanum Hospital, SUPARCO,
Govt. College University, CSSP, Department of Meteorology and PCSIR.
