� Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes
o Presently the Department is running one BS (4years) Programme and M.Sc (two years)
Programme. Both the Programme are running under semester system.
� MS and PhD Programmes
o The Department is also running MS and M. Phil programmes along with MS / M. Phil leading to
Ph. D Programme.
� Foreign Academic Linkages
o Professor Dr. Muhammad Saleem is collaborating for research with Prof. Nevo and Dr. Bernard
Lamb, Imperial College, UK.
� Honours and Awards
Dr. Faheem Aftab, Associate Professor, has won Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung‟s George Forster
Research Fellowship for Experienced Researchers in April 2010. Host Institution: Prof. Dr. Traud
