strategically positioned stretch panel inside

your shoes which accommodates wide feet

or painful bunions, cushioning and supporting

them in blissful comfort. Cleverly concealed

within the shoe lining, the Bunion Bed® is

invisible from the outside and stylishly

minimises the appearance of wide

widths and bunions.

Present in all Sole Bliss closed-back

heels, this ingenious device counters

pronation - the inward rolling of the foot.

A small memory foam pillow inside

your shoe keeps your foot in the

correct position and counters

inward rolling.

All Sole Bliss shoes are made for women with bunions or wide feet. We have ensured that

your shoes are perfectly in proportion, whilst offering ample space at the front to accommodate

your feet. Closed-back shoes have been designed to hold your heels securely in place,

and sling-back styles have had the straps expertly pitched to ensure a perfect fit.

Feet come in all shapes and sizes. Some bunion

sufferers have a very mild foot deformity with a

small bump, while others have a large bump and

significant pain. The feet pictured belong to happy

Sole Bliss customers, and range from mild to

extreme in terms of bunion severity.

1. We’re fast!

If you place your order before 12pm any working day, it will be despatched the same day and delivered

the following working day* Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day and

delivered the working day after that.

*Please see the chart on the opposite page for estimated delivery times for the Scottish Highlands &

Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

2. Not quite right? Not to worry.

We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to return them for exchange or

refund, you have 14 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should

only be tried indoors on a carpeted area. You will receive a free returns label inside your parcel when it

arrives. UK returns are free when you take your parcel to a Post Office. You can find your nearest

Post Office online, or call us to check on your behalf. Simply stick the returns label onto the front

of your parcel and hand it over at the Post Office.

3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.

Once we have your shoes back, if you request an exchange, we aim to send the new shoes to you within 2

working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify

you of its completion via email. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the

funds to appear in your account.

Delivery delays do sometimes occur, so please wait 3 working days before contacting us about your order.

Orders with multiple items may be despatched from both our distribution centre and our Sole Bliss store.

In this case, you may receive a separate despatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.

You will only be charged for one delivery cost.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address to receive regular updates on the status

of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Should you choose to return your items via an alternative delivery service or courier of your choice, we can

regrettably not cover the cost. Please note that Sole Bliss cannot accept responsibility for any items lost by
