David Carson.
As a typographer, David Carson broke all
the rules but it worked. He has a toolbox
of manipulation that he uses to create both
legible and illegible works that confuse and
excite the viewer. Carson’s ability to experiment
with digital type showed me all the
possibilities of evoking specific emotions
through seemingly chaotic typography.
