Development Monitoring Service
Initial Project ‘Health Check’
Initial Development ‘Health Check’ of key project information if
required by the Funder, before the terms of the Loan Facility are
agreed and ‘IMS’ is formally appointed.
Overview Report
Overview Report if required by the Funder to review and set up of
the project before the first tranche of the loan facility (usually land
loan) is released by the Funder.
Initial Report
Preparation of an Initial Report (Due Diligence), which is usually
a condition precedent to the first construction drawdown (second
tranche) under the loan facility.
Progress Reporting & Drawdown Recommendations
Progress Monitoring during the construction phase of the project,
including the preparation of periodic progress reports and
financial drawdown recommendations.
Completion Report
Completion Report, if required by the Funder, after the project has
been concluded.
Project Recovery
Experienced advice for projects that are in need of an effective
recovery strategy.
