If unfamiliar with these Standard Terms and Conditions, please obtain a copy from Telpara Hills orElders. Additionally, consent must be granted in writing from Telpara Hills before any genetics from this sale are cloned.INSPECTION & OPEN DAYInspections are open on sale day from 8 am. Inspections prior to sale day are welcomed by arrangement with TelparaHills. Telpara Hills will also participate in the Tablelands Better Beef Open Day on Sunday, August 16th 2020.COVID-19 PRECAUTIONSWe will pro-actively comply with any government regulations or advice in order to keep our customers and ourselves safe.Due to the outdoor nature of the sale, we hope to be able to keep precautions simple and as non-interruptive as possible.REGISTRATIONAll buyers are required to register prior to the commencement of the sale. This can also be done online on our website.Online bidding instructions can be found on page 6.OUTSIDE AGENTSThe vendors agree to allow an industry leading 6% rebate to outside agents introducing potential purchasers to thevendors 24 hours prior to the sale in writing and settling on the purchaser’s behalf within 7 days of the sale. RegisteredBrangus breeders are excluded.SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATIONA supplementary sheet will be available on sale day. This will include updated weights and bull scan data.INSURANCEAll lots become the property of the buyer at the fall of the hammer therefore we highly recommend insurance.AFTER SALE DELIVERYAll lots may be collected from Saturday, Sept 19th. Telpara Hills and Elders will organise delivery as soon as possible tomajor centres including Mareeba, Charters Towers, Rockhampton, Emerald, and Roma.
