programmes and hope that it will continue for many years into the future.

SALE DAY INFORMATION:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All lots will sell under the Australian Livestock & Property Agents Association Ltd Standard Stud Stock Auction Terms
and Conditions of Sale. If unfamiliar with these Standard Terms and Conditions, please obtain a copy from Telpara Hills or
Elders. Additionally, consent must be granted in writing from Telpara Hills before any genetics from this sale are cloned.
INSPECTION & OPEN DAY
Inspections are open on sale day from 8 am. Inspections prior to sale day are welcomed by arrangement with Telpara
Hills. Telpara Hills will also participate in the Tablelands Better Beef Open Day on Sunday, August 16th 2020.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
We will pro-actively comply with any government regulations or advice in order to keep our customers and ourselves safe.
Due to the outdoor nature of the sale, we hope to be able to keep precautions simple and as non-interruptive as possible.
REGISTRATION
All buyers are required to register prior to the commencement of the sale. This can also be done online on our website.
Online bidding instructions can be found on page 6.
OUTSIDE AGENTS
The vendors agree to allow an industry leading 6% rebate to outside agents introducing potential purchasers to the
vendors 24 hours prior to the sale in writing and settling on the purchaser’s behalf within 7 days of the sale. Registered
Brangus breeders are excluded.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
A supplementary sheet will be available on sale day. This will include updated weights and bull scan data.
INSURANCE
All lots become the property of the buyer at the fall of the hammer therefore we highly recommend insurance.
AFTER SALE DELIVERY
All lots may be collected from Saturday, Sept 19th. Telpara Hills and Elders will organise delivery as soon as possible to
major centres including Mareeba, Charters Towers, Rockhampton, Emerald, and Roma. It is the buyer’s responsibility to
organise onward freight from these points.
TRANSFERS
All animals are registered with the Australian Brangus Cattle Association and are eligible for transfer.
