Our Assistive Technology Smart Homes have been thoughtfully designed

to be adaptive to varying needs, allowing increased independence and

convenience for residents.

The development includes:

• One 6 bedroom Respite Centre for short to

medium term accommodation

• Two 3 to 4 bedroom ‘Supported Independent

Living’ (SIL) group homes, where one staff

member and three participants reside in a

smart adaptable home

• Two, 2 bedroom homes designed for high

needs people with accessibility issues

• Nine 1 bedroom Independent Living Units

(fully disability compliant), ready for assistive

technology to be retro-fitted
