Welcome from the Maxwell families to the Camrose Classic<br />
Sale. We are very excited and look forward to being involved<br />
with this great group of consignors. Our beliefs are basically<br />
the same: in order to raise high quality bulls and hold a successful<br />
bull sale each year, you have to have an excellent set of<br />
cows.<br />
Maxwell Simmentals is a family run farm consisting of 300<br />
purebred cows, of which 180 are fullblood, 90 red factor, and<br />
30 blacks. The bred heifers were selected from 60 heifers; we<br />
tried to bring something for everyone. The nine heifer calves<br />
are from the top end of our replacement pen, selected for their<br />
breeding ability to go on to raise sound, functional cattle for<br />
their new owners. The heifer calves are a nice example of the<br />
75 bulls we will be selling February 27 in Camrose at the 18th<br />
Annual Herd Master Bull Sale.<br />
