Audit (England) Regulations 2011, notice is hereby
given that the audit of the London Borough of Barking
& Dagenham’s financial statements for the year ended 31
March 2012 has been completed.
Any interested local government elector may request
a copy of the statements by writing to the Divisional
Director of Finance, London Borough of Barking

Notice is hereby given that Council of the London
Borough of Barking and Dagenham in exercise of
its powers under Sections 6, 124 and Parts I to IV of
Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
as amended (hereinafter called “the Act”) and all other
enabling legislation and powers and after consultation
with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in
accordance with Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Act propose
to make the above order.
The effect of the order will be to: -
(i) Introduce a loading bay - Monday to Saturday
8.00am to 6.30pm in Faircross Parade.
Copies of the draft orders together with plans of the areas
and statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing
these orders are available for inspection at the Planning
Application desk, Maritime House, Barking and at the
offices of the Chief Executive, Civic Centre, Dagenham
between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to
Friday.
Any objections and other representations to the proposed
orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of
Barking and Dagenham (“the Council”) hereby give
notice that they propose to make an order under Section
247 of the above act to authorise the stopping up part of
William Street, starting 38 meters west from its junction
with Linton Road to east side of Junction with Linton
Road and Anne Mews. The area to be stopped up is shown
outlined and hatched in black on the plan attached to the
draft order.
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be
authorised only in order to enable the development
described in the Schedule to this Notice to be carried out
in accordance with the planning permission granted under
Part III of the Act, to Thames Partnership for Learning
and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham under
reference 11/00724/FuL.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT

NoTIcE oF INTENT
NoTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate
the safe undertaking of Dagenham medium pressure main
replacement works, the London Borough of Barking and
Dagenham intends to make an Order under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. The effect of the order will be to prohibit all
vehicular traffic from proceeding in an eastbound
direction on Ripple Road between its junctions with
Merrielands Crescent and Heathway during the hours
of 8.00pm – 6.00am.
The restrictions will apply only during such times
and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic
signs complying with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs
Regulations and General Directions 2002.
2. At such times as the prohibition is in force,
alternative routes will be indicated by traffic signs.
Traffic travelling eastbound on Ripple Road will be
diverted via Merrielands Crescent.
3. The prohibitions will not apply in respect of:
a. any vehicle being used for the purposes of those
works or for fire brigade, ambulance or police
purposes;
b. anything done with the permission or at the
direction of a police constable in uniform or a
Police Community Support Officer.
4. The order will come into effect on Monday 5th
November 2012 for a period of 3 nights or until
the said works are complete, whichever is the
earlier.
