MOST things <strong>the</strong>se days are affected by fashions.<br />

Memorial Lecture on Friday,<br />

The 1ecture, <strong>the</strong> fourth of<br />

its type, commemorates <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>death</strong> in 1951 of Miss<br />

Gordon Holmes, a City financier<br />

and founder president<br />

of <strong>the</strong> National Federation.<br />
