uniquemention CODIAK UNIQUE GNK 8R is truly

the granddaughters and

unparalleled for her influence on the

breed, the world over. She has at least

132 direct progeny, including such

greats as A.I. sires Codiak Oh My

Gosh GNK 60A and Wattle Grove

White Lightning F6; Minnamurra

Pastoral Co.’s September 2019 sale

topper, Pharaoh P59; Wattle Grove’s

prolific donor G28, who has 33

registered progeny herself, not to

grandsons, and great-grands that

are leaving their mark on herds in

six countries. 8R’s dam was one of

the first Speckle Park females in

Canada flushed for export, and 8R

has built greatly upon that legacy. In

14 flushes, she produced 184 grade

1 embryos to average 13.14 eggs per

flush. She leaves multiple daughters

in donor programs around the globe.

RIVER HILL 26T KINDLE 17X was

selected by Eme Artemenko, who took

her in 4-H for two years, following

which time she was then turned out

to breed with Sunrise Ranch’s herd.

She has been flushed on more than

one occasion, and was proven to be

very fertile and a very good mother

cow herself. “She rebreeds every year

and raises one of the top calves,” Rita

Artemenko notes. “We like her so much

that we have based our herd on her.”
