this auction. Your submission of bids in this auction constitutes your acceptance of<br />
the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.<br />
1. Buyers are reminded that there is a Buyer’s premium of 15% inclusive of<br />
GST payable on the hammer price of each lot.<br />
2. Descriptions in this catalogue are meant as a guide only and are deemed to<br />
have been made to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are therefore<br />
requested to examine the item before purchasing. No claims for damage,<br />
mis-description, genuineness or authenticity of any lot will be entertained.<br />
3. The highest bidder will be the purchaser and in the case of a dispute, the<br />
lot may be re-submitted and the auctioneer’s decision will be final.<br />
4. The auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid and place a reserve on any lot.<br />
5. Until sold, goods remain the property and responsibility of the owner.<br />
From the time of the lot being sold, it will become the responsibility of the<br />
buyer.<br />
6. The ownership of a lot shall not pass to the bidder until the purchase price is<br />
paid in full.<br />
7. All purchases must be collected by the buyer and removed from the<br />
venue by 10am on the day following the auction unless previously<br />
agreed between the <strong>Auction</strong>eer or his representative and the buyer. Items<br />
not collected during this time may be placed in storage at the buyers risk<br />
and expense and the buyer shall be responsible for all removal, storage<br />
and insurance charges incurred.<br />
8. All buyers or members of the public enter the auction rooms entirely at their<br />
own risk.<br />
9. Offers can be submitted at the termination of the auction on any items<br />
passed in and may be accepted at the discretion of the <strong>Auction</strong>eer.<br />
