Introduction of clear axis through centre of site to house public realm and its activities and make development

more inward. Approach roads have been placed towards the edges of plot to keep centre free from vehicular

hindrance and pedestrian-friendly. Curved and wavy nature of development allows for fluidity in spaces and

movement and could also help in achievement of communal quality. Commercial built up is integrated by

placing the commercial buildings along ends of axis of public realm. Hence, public realm acts as a connector

between residential and non residential.
