NORTHERN LEAGUE DIVISION 1, 2010
This was the season in which a number of Northern League Clubs, who had withdrawn previously to form their own Association,
applied to be re-instated to the Northern League. In the wisdom of the Association, rather than require those clubs to earn their way back as
other new aspiring clubs are required to do, they and all other existing clubs were placed in a “mixing bowl” to reorganise the divisions.
Ngaruawahia fared poorly in the results and rather than gaining entry to the Premier League as a result of their results in 2009, they
found themselves down in the 2nd Division.
