We have seen transformational change in a wide range of sectors from how we manage and deliver energy needs, to banking and finance, technology and media sectors and these are forcing companies to work and think differently. Successful organisations will embrace this as an opportunity and work with all their stakeholders to deliver exactly what the market needs. But, this may require a change in a company’s culture. We all know that innovation and collaboration are the latest ‘buzz’ words and can mean a variety of things, but to a proactive company it can mean success.” Delegates will also hear from a number of local business success stories including Nicholas Ames, from Supacat, Chris Squires - EDF Energy and Andy Knutt from Somerset Design & Enterprise Network. 12 Conference Speakers Keynote speaker on Innovation Professor John Bessant, University of Exeter Nick Ames Supacat Andrew Jupp Smith & Williamson Keynote speaker on Collaboration Nick Jankel, Wecreate Andy Knutt, Somerset Design Enterprise Partnership Al Goodwin Foot Anstey LLP Chris Squires EDF Energy
