ONE MAN
LOADER
The guys from SEMA Customs have
take the effort out of loading with their
patented design of the One Man Loader.
These are brand new to the market and
are aimed to help people out that find it
difficult to load a motorcycle on and off
a bakkie.
The system very cleverly uses a
winch to run a whole platform on and
off the bakkie, the platform has a very
nicely designed SEMA Custom wheel
chock to hold your bike in place while
you strap it down before winching it up.
There are securing mounts fitted in the
front to stop the platform from lifting
as well as securing mounts on the back
to stop the platform from sliding back
while driving and as an extra safety
precaution there is a chain that also
holds that pulls the platform forward
making sure it doesn’t move while you
are transporting your loved motorcycle.
The loading has become so effortless
that the longest part of loading the bike
is actually tying the bike down. All in all
the One man loader takes about 30 seconds
to lower the platform and about
another 30 seconds to lift it. There are
a lot of added benefits to having the
one man loader other than effortless
loading, the one man loader is cheaper
than other bike trailers, takes up less
space as the platform can be placed
flat on the floor in a garage, the one
man loader can be used by contractors
and field technicians that need to drop
off any equipment through out the day
and there are no annul licence fees to
be paid like there would be on a trailer.
The one man loader can take a
weight of 200kgs with the standard
winch, but if you were thinking of
loading your adventure bike, don’t fear
as there are modifications to suit your
needs.
The one man loader starts from R12
500 including the winch and takes the
weight of a 200kg motorcycle for any
motorcycles above 200kgs please give
