INCLINE.

Stand up, legs slightly wider

than shoulders, toes and

knees to the outside. Put

a deep squat (А). Bend to the

right: first trying to reach the

right elbow to the right knee,

6. HIT OF FOOT FROM THE

SITTING POSITION.

The triceps, buttocks, legs and

spine work.

Sit on the ground: put your hands

behind your back on the width of

your shoulders, bend your knees,

press your feet to the ground.

Raise the hips on 5-8 cm so that

the weight of your body falls on

your hands and feet. Pull the toe of

the left foot toward you (А). Push

forward forward the left leg at an

angle of about 45 degrees from

the ground; sock as before, on

itself (B). Hold in this position for

2 counts, go down and repeat with

the other leg to finish the set.

7. LUNGE BACKWARD WITH A HIT-JERK.

Put your hands along the body and slightly get behind

of the body (B). Hold on 1-2 seconds, then go back into

a deep lunge and repeat. Change legs to finish the set.

people with arthrosis, (coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis)

and with rheumatoid arthritis.With scoliosis, heart

disease, increased intracranial and intraocular

pressure, eliminate twists, sharp turns, lunges and

inclinations. With varicose veins and hemorrhoids,

it is harmful to strain muscles in standing position

for a long time.

8. DIRECT HIT.

The spine, buttocks and hands work.

Take the plank posture: face down, hands (fingers widely spaced) and socks abut

against the ground, the body forms a straight line from vertex to the heels.

Do not let the hips "sag". Pull the left knee to chest (А). Straining the abdominal press

and lifting the hips, push the left leg back and up (pull the sock on toward you) (B). Hold

POSSIBILITIES OF THE PROFESSION OF MODEL

For most Russians, the model is a longlegged,

skinny girl, but the fact that in

the world there are models of different

types are known only by employees of

Russian model agencies. Yes, there are

different types of models in the world.

On this subject, you can write a whole

book - so much important that you need

to know those who want to become a

model. First of all, we must bear in mind

that there are two specializations in the

profession - a model and a mannequin

and both are extremely promising.

We will talk about the most accessible in

international plan opportunities. And you

decide what is more tempting for you,

what suits you. Every day in the world of

fashion appear young talents with their

approach to creativity and new ideas.

Youth are constantly experimenting

and making changes to the standards.

Beginning models need to understand

new directions in order to withstand

competition in the international arena.

Than more versatile the preparation,

the wider the possibilities. Remember:

the model market is unlimited, there are

many employments in this matter, and

everywhere there are your own rules.

PHOTOMODEL

CATALOGUE

The name "Catalogue" speaks for itself:

it is a photo album of certain goods -

from sweaters to saucepans.

The photographs fully correspond to

the proposed type of goods and are

provided with a text informing about

each of them. Shooting for catalogue,

you need to move carefully and slowly,

always remember that the clothes

should sit on you flawlessly - for this, it

was ironed, pinned with pins, glued with

tape, sutured. It is not surprising that the

models in this dress seem "clamped" and

look like mannequins in the storefront of

the department store.

Catalogs "Orders by mail" were originally

intended for buyers from the outback,

those who could not go to the city for

goods. But to make purchases in the

catalog without leaving home, great

convenience. Townspeoples have long

enjoyed directories, so publishers now

have to not only follow the fashion,

but produce more attractive, moderndesigned

catalogs.

For such publications, many different

models are required, including nonstandard

appearance: "complete" and

"small", "ethnic" and "age-related".


"JOURNAL" MODEL (EDITORIAL).

The term Editorial denotes both a section

in the fashion log, and a special type of

photograph. In general, the magazine

style is much freer than the catalog

style: in the photo people do not

seem mannequins, there is no smooth

monophonic background. Journal

photo, in contrast to the catalog, does

not serve the commercial purposes so

straightforwardly. The editor-in-chief

decides which photographers and

models to invite to the shooting, what

clothes and accessories to advertise.

He even knows the concept of

advertising, the layout, the number

and size of photos before the shooting

begins. However, in the process of

filming, talented performers contribute

something to original intent. Shoot for

magazines are spent longer, and you

can improvise on the set. Therefore, as

a result, the photos look lively, each

photo senses the individuality of the

photographer. This is the main difference

between the catalog and the magazine.

In the journal section Editorial, the model

has the ability to show itself best at the

lowest publisher costs. Need to say,

that even such high-quality magazines

as "VOG" pay relatively low fees for

shooting. However, the models (and

their agents) agree on low payment: the

work is prestigious, and the page from

the same "VOG" perfectly complements

the portfolio of the model, it is almost a

guarantee for getting a job. In addition,

the photography in such a magazine is

in itself an advertisement. You will be

shoot often - you will become famous

in the circle of the chosen ones. And

among them there are many who make

the weather in the fashion world.

For the catalogs are shoot for the sake

invited to work for a catalog, where they

are rented in a magazine style, and they

any sphere of model business, and in

particular when it comes to fashion

shows. On the samples, you must

convince the creators of clothes that

they are imbued with their idea, that

you will cope with the high responsibility

to demonstrate their products.

Any of your mistakes are a loss for the

fashion designer. The manner of moving,

the ability to enter the image - the key

to the success of the fashion model on

the podium. You must "feel" the clothes

that you are demonstrating.

Your wardrobe is crucial, especially if

you work as a model and should like

different fashion designers.

Do not forget: every time you go to

samples, to talk, you are a merchant

SHOWS OF CLOTHES IN SHOWROOM.

Secret of success

You have been accepted into the Agency and

are ready to start working. You are happy, excited. A

light "cold shower" will not hurt you. Therefore, a few

caveats. Working as a model is a difficult trade, and

no matter how strong your willpower, you will have

to experience a lot of blows of fate. If you lose your

sense of humor, you lose everything. Have a sense of

humor to bear all the injustices that await you along

the way. If you respond to everything with a smile, you

will fly past adversity as if on wings. You have taken

the first step - now your life is turned upside down. If

you are smart and treat yourself with humor, you will

quickly and painlessly adapt to the new situation. The

secret of success for the model is in two words:

To sacrifice - is to give up something now for a better

future.

Compete-to - fight for the realization of your goal.

The secret is simple: you need to strive hard for one

goal.

Sometimes it makes life very difficult. The model is

constantly focused on such things as diet, gymnastics,

regime, skin and hair care, makeup, clothing, and

participation in advertising shoots.

You will plunge into a completely new world for you.

It will dominate your life. Therefore, numerous and

unexpected changes are inevitable. There may be

some things that your family won't like.


A modeling career involves a lot of self-focus. Family

and friends don't know yet that you will spend much

less time with them. In addition, they will notice that

you are spending a lot of money on something that will

most likely not give an immediate return. There have

been cases when models have suffered because of

their anxious parents, envious girlfriends, and offended

fans. It is necessary to maintain the presence of mind to

professionally realize yourself, without causing harm to

your loved ones. Let them know about everything you

do during the day - this This will facilitate the transition

period; it will become clear to them that you are busy

with important things.

Wait a little while, and your friends and family will

discover how you have changed emotionally: gained

confidence in yourself learned to "present" yourself

in society. However, models are often selfish and

nervous. No wonder - the profession of a model is not

continuous entertainment, as it is often thought. This

spends many hours in the pool, not paying attention

to the fact that the skin becomes dry and smells of

bleach, and the hair becomes dull and split. He will

not be intimidated by the fact that other swimmers

are more experienced and capable, nor will he be

deterred by the fact that he has to spend less time

with family and friends.


This sense of purpose is very important for the model.

Thousands of people have done this work before you.

But remember: many of them moved forward, working

with their fists and not paying much attention to others.

Don't try to look like them. You will achieve much more

if you don't follow their example! It's always better to

make friends than enemies.

Novice models often perceive rejection as an insult, as

a negative assessment of their appearance. In fact,

sometimes customers just need a different type of

model at this point. As soon as the model understands

this, she will regain confidence that she (or he) looks

good.

You must work hard to become a competent, self -

respecting and self-confident person-in short, a fullfledged

person. If someone makes fun of you and asks

you unnecessary questions, just laugh in their face.

Those who are not familiar with the modeling business

have misconceptions about it. The professional

path of a model is not easy, and there are heavy

disappointments and failures. But, on the other hand, it

is the profession of a model that gives you experience,

money, fame, and confidence in your abilities. To

achieve success, you need to follow your own moral

principles. Be honest with yourself, take care of

yourself, and don't treat others with arrogance. And

most importantly-always try to be a professional.

Liliia Rushchynska is a Ukrainian model and blogger. Since

childhood, she was fond of” photography “ - she had fun posing in

the photographic” set " of the house created by her older brothers.

As a teenager, she took her first steps into the fashion world: at

the age of 15, she already worked on the main catwalks of her

hometown of Lviv and then moved to Milan, called one of the most

glamorous fashion cities.

In addition, Lilia was an Ambassador and representative for Molly

Braken and a guest of designer Danilo Forestieri at the event to

present her new Haute Couture collection.

Liliia was chosen by Adidas as a model to represent a special line

of clothing and advertising campaigns.



Her life is full of diverse interests: Economics

represents her path of research, which she brilliantly

implemented first in Ukraine, and then in Milan.

Psychology and sociology are the latest Hobbies;

this is the desire to become a psychology coach and

help many young people in search of motivation and

recommendations.

Family for Liliia is the greatest strength, source of

pride, and inspiration.
