TOUR ACTIVITY LEVEL

Old World History &

Culture Meet Breathtaking

Natural Sights!

Join us for majestic sites and scenes found

only along the fabulously rocky and history

drenched coastlines of Canada & New

England.

DAY 1•OMAHA FLIGHT TO QC (D)

Transfer to Omaha for flight to Quebec. Overnight (10)

on Caribbean Princess.

DAY 2•QUEBEC CITY, QC (B, L, D)

A unique feature of this cruise is that we don’t leave

Quebec until we’ve had a chance to experience it! To

visit Quebec is to experience France without crossing

the Atlantic. You’ll have all day to explore this beautiful

city. Optional tours offer a visit to the Latin Quarter,

explore historic Old Quebec, visit Place Royale or

Notre Dame des Victoires. Each port has optional tours

at additional expense.

DAY 3•SAGUENAY, QC (B, L, D)

The Saguenay Fjord Route is an outstanding landscape

of sea, mountains and rising cliffs protected by three

National Parks. Its exceptional natural beauty can

be discovered by land, sea or air. With a decidedly

French atmosphere and a touch of the Old World, our

time here offers unique optional tours to take in the

history, charming villages and beautiful landscapes.

DAY 4•AT SEA (B, L, D)

The recently refurbished ship (May 2019), offers an

array of fun activities or lovely spaces where you can

relax and refresh. Enjoy a visit to the spa, or maybe

dance lessons? How about participating in the

Discovery at Sea program, or take in some trivia or

bingo?

DAY 5•CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI (B, L, D)

The largest city on Prince Edward Island is also its

capital—Charlottetown’s Victorian architecture,

abundance of parks and harbor-side location make it

an idyllic stop for cruise visitors. Walk the cobblestones

of Victoria Row, see the house that inspired “Anne of

Green Gables”, explore the shore of PEI National Park

or sail into Northumberland Strait for lobster fishing.

DAY 6•SYDNEY, NS (B, L, D)

Sydney is the gateway to Cape Breton Highlands

National Park, Bras d’Or Lake and miles of rugged

coastline. Visit Baddeck, home to Alexander Graham

Bell’s summer mansion; drive along the scenic Cabot

Trail; tour the Fortress of Louisbourg—where every barn,

barracks and pipe & drum corps appears just as it did

when King Louis’ troops occupied the site in 1744.

BY 5/10

Atlantic Provinces, Halifax has a beautifully restored

waterfront and rich maritime heritage. The city is

adorned with great natural harbors and landmarks

like the Citadel Fortress, Pier 21 (Canada’s Ellis Island),

and the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. Or see the

craggy coastline & rocky topography of Peggy’s Cove,

or the British settlement of Lunenburg, so meticulously

restored it has been designated a UNESCO World

Heritage Site. (Tender Required/Wheelchair Access

Limited)

DAY 8•BAR HARBOR, ME (B, L, D)

Standing atop Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National

Park, it is easy to see why people like John D.

Rockefeller felt so strongly about preserving this area’s

natural beauty. Take in the beauty and history of the

area on optional tours such as Historic Lighthouses

and National Park by Boat, Acadia National Park &

Cadillac Mountain tour, Lobster Fishing Demo and

Lobster Bake, Victorian Bar Harbor Walking Tour or

Biking in Acadia!

DAY 9•BOSTON, MA (B, L, D)

Hailed as the “Cradle of American Independence,”

Boston is filled with historic sites. Boston was America’s

first great city! It is a city every American should visit

at least once. Follow the Freedom Trail, see the site of

the Boston Tea Party, trace the route of Paul Revere’s

famous ride, and see the USS Constitution. Pick a

guided historical tour or explore on your own.

DAY 10•AT SEA (B, L, D)

Enjoy one last day on your ship! Visit the boutiques,

take in a cooking demonstration, finish up your book in

the library and unfortunately, it will be time to pack for

home.

DAY 11•NEW YORK CITY (MANHATTAN OR

BROOKLYN (B)

Disembark our ship this morning after a beautiful cruise

of Canada and New England! Transfer to the airport

for your return flight. OR, ask about an optional NYC 2

night extension.

Please note: Optional excursions are available in each

port and are at an additional cost.
