Terms:<br />
Terms of the sale are cash, check or other terms agreed to in<br />
writing between seller and buyer, payable immediately upon<br />
conclusion of the sale and before animals will be moved. Seller<br />
will reserve the right<br />
to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any<br />
animals.<br />
A. Animals purchased and animals sold will be handled in two<br />
separate transactions.<br />
B. A Ten percent commission will be charged on sale animals<br />
sold or not sold.<br />
C. All purchases will comply with local and state tax regulations.<br />
Removal:<br />
No animals or displays will be<br />
removed until all sale and show activities are completed.<br />
A. No animals will be taken from the sale site without a release<br />
form.<br />
Insurance of Purchases<br />
and Risk:<br />
All animals are at owner’s risk prior to their sale and become<br />
property of the purchaser as soon as declared sold by the<br />
auctioneer. Arrangements will be made to have insurance<br />
available when making settlement.<br />
Bidding:<br />
All animals sell to the bidder. Any disputes or challenges regarding<br />
bids will be settled by the auctioneer and his decision<br />
will be final.<br />

Health:<br />
All alpacas must be accompanied<br />
by a Certificate of Veterinary<br />
Inspection stating that the animal<br />
is free from infections or contagious disease.<br />
Announcements:<br />
From the auction box will take<br />
precedence over the printed<br />
matter in this catalog and all<br />
other announcements.<br />
Liabilities:<br />
All persons who attend this event do so at their own risk and<br />
the seller assumes no liabilities for any accidents that may<br />
occur. The auctioneer and/or sponsors assume no liability for<br />
loss or injury to animals due to theft, mysterious disappearance,<br />
sickness, improper handling or act of God.<br />
Contract:<br />
The above terms and guarantee shall constitute a contract<br />
between the buyer and the seller of each animal sold. All guarantees<br />
are between buyer and seller. The sale manager is held<br />
harmless. In the event of absorption or abortion, or a female<br />
coming up not pregnant after this sale, both the consignor and<br />
the sale manager are held harmless. All females however, are<br />
guaranteed as breeders, and if do not prove so, after the consignor<br />
has had the opportunity to try and breed this female, a<br />
comparable animal or purchase price may be reimbursed by<br />
the consignor. Again, the sale manager, auctioneer and ring<br />
men are held harmless.<br />
