Terms of the sale are cash, check or other terms agreed to in
writing between seller and buyer, payable immediately upon
conclusion of the sale and before animals will be moved. Seller
will reserve the right
to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any
animals.
A. Animals purchased and animals sold will be handled in two
separate transactions.
B. A Ten percent commission will be charged on sale animals
sold or not sold.
C. All purchases will comply with local and state tax regulations.
Removal:
No animals or displays will be
removed until all sale and show activities are completed.
A. No animals will be taken from the sale site without a release
form.
Insurance of Purchases
and Risk:
All animals are at owner’s risk prior to their sale and become
property of the purchaser as soon as declared sold by the
auctioneer. Arrangements will be made to have insurance
available when making settlement.
Bidding:
All animals sell to the bidder. Any disputes or challenges regarding
bids will be settled by the auctioneer and his decision

coming up not pregnant after this sale, both the consignor and

guaranteed as breeders, and if do not prove so, after the consignor
