2.9.5. Results <strong>of</strong> plant tissue N concentration<br />

The data in Table 11 show the N concentration in various plant tissue parts at<br />

final harvest during the LR <strong>and</strong> SR seasons. Plant tissues <strong>of</strong> treatment R3254 had<br />

consistently significant higher N concentrations than N <strong>and</strong> other treatments.<br />

2.10. Discussion<br />

The results obtained from Gram staining <strong>and</strong> growth <strong>of</strong> the isolate from TB root<br />

nodules in YEMA conformed to the st<strong>and</strong>ard cultural <strong>and</strong> morphological charac-
