Thirteen-year-old Santiago, a very short-sighted boy, arrives
at a Pampas field with his mother and younger sister, to
spend the weekend and celebrate a wedding. Santiago and
his family are going through a special moment because it is
one year after their father’s death. In the country he meets
Martina, a girl of the same age with whom he
falls in love. They share many moments and he has fun with
her. At the end of his stay, Santiago leaves the field feeling
that he left childhood behind.
