Quebrada de Humahuaca, near the border between Argentina
and Bolivia. All the inhabitants prepare to celebrate the
longed-for Andean Carnival. The young Cabra, on the
contrary, devotes all his energy in preparing for the most
important dance competition of his life. But the Carnival
awakens old demons and Cabra receives an unexpected visit
from his father, an uncontrollable road thief who just got out
of jail and who jeopardizes his desire to dance.
