As Team Leader Trade, I am responsible, together with my colleagues in the external and<br />
internal sales force, not only for the financial success of our company, but also, more<br />
importantly, for the success of our customers in their distribution of our products and services.<br />
The needs and societal requirements placed on modern products and companies is what<br />
dictates our actions here.<br />
We sales employees act as points of contact both for customers and for internal departments.<br />
The values we stand for include collaborative partnership, high competence and reliability,<br />
as well as open communication based on finding solutions.<br />
Conceiving marketing strategies for our products through close cooperation with our customers in the fields of trade<br />
and craftsmanship is a key component here. One of the most important remits in my job is commitment to the use of<br />
energy-efficient and above all sustainable products, which preserve resources and have the lowest possible environmental<br />
impact. With every consultation meeting I hold with building owners, architects, construction planners and retail traders,<br />
understanding for this issue grows, along with a willingness to find integrated solutions.<br />
Together with my team, I am dedicated to ensuring the high quality of our products and their sustainability in production and<br />
application, and I look forward to every customer I can support in this respect.<br />
