In <strong>2020</strong> Oakleigh Grammar offers the promise of a melting pot of opportunities<br />

With 750 students now enrolled from 50 different cultural backgrounds, Oakleigh<br />
Grammar values each and every student, and offers a genuine commitment to<br />

The School believes that supporting internationalism at the school is not only a<br />
true representation of Melbourne’s multiculturalism, but a critical mindset for<br />
young people to absorb, as they move into a rapidly changing internationallyminded<br />

Oakleigh Grammar’s Principal, Mark Robertson and the Board of Governance, led<br />
by President, Chris Damatopoulos, are committed to providing a safe and happy<br />
learning environment, where every child is known personally, and individual<br />
learning needs are met. Community is a priority, and a value that carries through<br />
each section of the school, and extended to its surrounding contributors.<br />
A state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre, through to the Senior School, are run<br />
by dedicated teaching staff who work collaboratively and embrace opportunities<br />
for professional development, ensuring that Oakleigh Grammar’s educational<br />
programs remain to the forefront of contemporary education.<br />
From Prep to Year 5, students learn skills for academic and social success that<br />
will see them through Middle and Senior School, but also their lifetime. The<br />
Leader in Me Programme is a school wide leadership framework based on<br />
Dr Stephen Covey’s internationally acclaimed model, ‘The 7 Habits of Highly<br />
Effective People’.<br />
Oakleigh Grammar’s mission is to create quality learning opportunities for every<br />
student to reach their full potential, and an ambition to develop the school<br />
continues, with the implementation of a new car park on Clapham Road, and the<br />
development of more classroom space, to extend greater access to the school<br />
