we are

Panep company is currently one of the leading Czech producers of

cotton gauze, surgical drapes and surgical sets. .

Over 20 years we have our own manufacturing facilities and sales

department in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic with more

than 160 employees. Due fulfillment of the market in the Czech

and Slovak we have made significant moves towards expansion,

part of which was in the 2009 establishment of a branch in Poland.

Since then we help to better health of another nation. .

Our production now covers all surgical disciplines including

cardiology or neurosurgery. Customers can build their own sets

for operations from a wide range of components. We constantly

collaborate with our customers to find new solutions and

therefore every day we send more than 150 pallets of cutting-edge

products to customers throughout Europe.

depending on the surgery intervention severity and surgery staff requirements.

Two-ply drapes

Two-ply drapes are made of two-layer material, where one layer is an absorbent non-woven fabric and the second one

is impermeable PE foil. High absorption ability, softness and also hang were achieved thanks to the materials used.

These drapes also can be used as an effective barrier against the liquid leakage and penetration of undesirable

microorganisms. The main advantage of these drapes thus is a perfect barrier and high absorbency of its entire

surface, which contributes to the quality of the medical care in surgery rooms.

Three-ply drapes

This is a higher level product range with better usable features compared to two-ply drapes. This type of drapes keep

the same features as two-ply drapes and the added non-woven fabric layer helps to increase patient comfort during

the surgery procedure.

Zone drapes

During the development of zone drapes, the maximum accent was put on each components functionality to support

the surgery team. Zones with higher absorbency (different features) were created within the drapes, depending on

the load level during the surgery process to provide the ideal environment during the entire surgery intervention.

The drape base is made of a material with perfect hang and permeability. Even with these features it keeps high

firmness and tightness.

The fundamental element of the zone drapes is highly absorbing zone that is in contact with various liquids during

the entire surgery procedure time and comply with the most strict absorbency, tightness and firmness parameters to

achieve maximum level of surgery area protection against the possible infection occurrence.

Most of zone drapes consist of several elements where the absolute integrity ensures the verified and standardized

production processes. Among these elements can belong the cable and tubes organizers, bags and pockets for the

liquid trap or clear areas with tightness retained.

Due to these items, zone drapes are able to provide extremely high level of safety and comfort for surgery staff and

patient during the entire surgery process.

Are used for catching the fluids during the surgery intervention and they are also intended for tools and other things

storing. Made of PE film, are supplied individually, in sets or integrated in the surgery drapes.

Equipment covers

This product group is intended to prevent the cross contamination between patient and operating room equipment.

These items are made of PE film and equipped with fixation elements to ensure the reliable usage.

Fixation elements

Fixation elements can be a part of the surgery drapes or can be supplied separately sterile. These elements should be

used for cables and tubes organization during the surgery procedure.
